Add your personal messsage in the Windows Welcome Screen

Now this moment you can change own your message in the Windows Welcome Screen .
Please follow my post below and add any of your message .

Using this tag :

1.At first you go to stat button and type run>regedit> than enter .
2.Now HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>windows NT>Current version >winlogon  than click
3.Double click at the right Legal notification caption .Caption its that type of message .
4.Double-click in the right Legal Notice Text .Do you want to give the message type .
Please reboot and you can see the result .
Removing :
You have deleted the text where there is LegalNoticeCaption and LegalNoticeText rirstata again.
