Make Your Internet Speed More

Make your internet speed more only windows xp and windows 7 may be.
How do you start :
Steps 1.Start>Run>gpedit.msc

Steps 2.Expand the [Administrative Templates]branch

Steps 3.Expand the [Network ]branch
Steps 4.Hi-light [Qos packet Scheduler]
Steps 5.Double click [Limit Reservable Bandwith]
Steps 6.Change [Bandwidth Limit 0 %] of 0%.

Steps 7.Click [Apply] [OK].
Steps 8.Than Restart. Thanks for everyone and comments please.
